Ep. 14 ~ Yoga for Healthcare with Harpinder Kaur Mann

Harpinder Kaur Mann is a yoga asana + meditation teacher, storyteller, entrepreneur, and community builder committed to making the world a better place by enabling people and organizations to reach their fullest potential.

She is a 500-HR E-RYT, a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Educator, and the Founder of the Womxn of Color Summit.

Harpinder facilitates workshops and retreats and is a national speaker. She works with teens and adults focusing on mental health.

Harpinder’s practice is rooted in her spiritual background of Sikhism and Buddhism and her ancestral roots in Panjab, India. This informs her desire to teach yoga authentically as a spiritual practice as she works at the intersections of social justice and healing.

Her clients and community partners have included Tulane University, Grindr, Expectful, Ogden Museum, Decolonize Birth Conference, Lightning in a Bottle, Prime Healthcare, and many more.

Harpinder’s book, “Liberating Yoga: From Appropriation to Healing” will be published in Spring 2025.
